The exhibition is comprised of 38 photos – 11" x 14" – and is divided into four sections:

• HUMAN RIGHTS
• POWER AND POLITICS
• CULTURE AND BELIEF
• STRUGGLE AND HOPE

The exhibition also has panels which display the text pages of the 24-page, bilingual booklet.

In every place the show is hung – there are two exhibitions traveling in Haiti and one in North America – hosts organize a series of conversations based on the photos and texts in an accompanying booklet. Any Caribbean or other person from a post-colonial Latin American country can patricipate.

In Haiti a Haitian partner organizes the shows and the conversations, in partnership with educational institutions, non-governmental organizations and grassroots groups. In the US, Daniel Morel and John Engle are the organizers.
